Website redesign

Between August 2019 – March 2020, I spearheaded the complete overhaul of the Lennox Learning Solutions microsite within LennoxPros.com. I participated in user experience (UX) workshops, met with the eCommerce team to define the site purpose and map out the customer journey, provided links, reviewed the page designs, performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) for every aspect of the microsite, and gave final go-live approval. I also wrote all of the eCommerce, SEO, UI, and marketing copy for each page (17 pages) within the microsite. www.lennoxpros.com/hvac-training
