COVID-19 safety tips - blog post
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the HVAC industry was recognized as "essential." To help Lennox dealers communicate the precautions they were taking to keep staff and customers safe, my manager and I co-wrote a blog post with safety and communication tips for HVAC contractors. Since COVID-19 was a sensitive topic, I worked with the legal department on approvals for the content. I also helped our training department manager to review and revise written content and citation sources for the associated eCourse.
