This blog post is part of a career journey series about people in the HVAC industry. Loss of interest in the skilled trades is a major concern and has caused, among other things, a shortage of qualified HVAC technicians and installers relative to the industry's growth. This blog post series and corresponding social media campaign are part of the initiatives I undertook to raise awareness of career opportunities and spur interest in the HVAC trade.
